Thank you for shopping at Propr. Clothing Company. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to be simple and convenient for you.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ALL "SALE" ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.  SALE PRICE IS FINAL.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at StayPropr@gmail.com or use the "Contact Support" section at the bottom of Propr.'s homepage. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. ALL "SALE" ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.  SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at StayPropr@gmail.com and follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
